Nothing much else to say except for more uniform pointers:
> Commanders of units have their arm band pinned by a badge (X is Commander of the 17th Elite Unit, Zero is Commander of the 0th Shinobi Unit)
> Members of the 17th Elite Unit can be members of other units too
This picture is set in X8, or sometime pre-X8.

Haha. Of course X is the one that wears the uniform proper. For a more casual uniform, I could see Zero wearing his open. The more formal uniform I designed for him makes use of a similar shape with an open style long over jacket.

To be honest, the girls never really stick out as characters, so I don't really think about them. :/ shame, Capcom...they just sprinkled a few character tics and never gave them enough screen time...
