Experimenting with tools in sai.... I found out the curve tool and pressure works really well with making lineart. C: I wanted something cute and bubbly, so I drew a cute pokemon and added bubbles. XDAgain with my eye madness...
I can't stop making them so big, blended and shiny, help me! D:Enjoy. ~ myoo

Just look up some tutorials or speedpaints on youtube, it's actaully pretty easy to use.
