If it could be something from other worlds, then you could wish for a Master Ball, and use it to capture Arceus. The easiest and quickest way to defeat any pokemon.

Because that kind of machine is not available in game yet, unless created by hacking. But if it is created by hacking, it does not belong to that world, either. I guess you can not wish for something not properly existed in any world.
