Picture used in tutorial: fav.me/d8hp0jyI've been asked a couple of times for one, so I decided to do it! Hopefully I was able to convey my information properly, though;;;
To color, I use Paint Tool Sai and a Bamboo Tablet. I'm pretty sure this can also be done on photoshop too, though~!
Anyways, if there are any problems, I can probably help (unless it has to do with photoshop... I only use filters for photoshop ahah)

For this tutorial, I used Paint Tool Sai, but it can really be done in most drawing programs!
