My last pathogen idea I swear it XD

This one affects the brain. It also has a type of 'metamorphasis' to it with three forms.

First form is the larva form. it's undetectable in MRI and such tests. Even though there's no notable symptoms, a person can still be infected with it. it stays in this form until the bloodstream leads it into the brain.

Phase two is called the cocoon stage. the pinworm like pathogen curls up and hardens to begin it's transformation. Symptoms may include sudden blindness or in some cases paralysis. Like it's larval form it can't be detected on MRI, but the eyes and legs can give the tell sign. eyes that seem to have a 'dead' look to them and the legs if the victim is unable to move is a weird tingling sensation.

the last form is the most dangerous. In it's final form, the sure sign is a painful migraine. The laser will stop the the pathogen from moving so fast, then the scalpel to cut it. Simple as that. The damage it'll do is tumors that make pus, lacerations and aneurysms.
