Answer: The difference is only the skin texture.In the previous version I used an skin texture image and that technique is useful for some pictures with low quality but in this one (if you enlarge the preview) You'll see the natural skin texture that is added to the painted look image and Its my own style and also is very precious for me

This is the result of your tutorial that I followed step by step and I wanted to publish it as my feedback [link]
I made some mistakes because I used the tablet for the first time , but thanks to the tutorial I also figured out how to set it.
The only thing I did was adjust the lights overall.
For someone like me who is self-taught with the passion and desire to learn, these tutorials are invaluable, and the only thing I can do is say thank you.

This is on my wishlist, I started to create photomanipulation with the intention of getting a painted look, but I still do a lot of mistakes and I hope this helps me understand where I went wrong.
