UPDATE: Added a second body type.Here's the class model for female dancers. It includes all different colours that exist in the game files (because Byleth's colour scheme isn't actually used).
I had Annette model the dress because she is best girl. You'll need to add the head yourself (and probably scale this model down), and recolour the skin as required. This is exactly how it works in the game itself, so there shouldn't be any issues.

So does that mean that Lysithea is also in the Dancer model pack?

This isn't a model pack, it's just one model - of a headless body. If you wanted to make Lysithea a dancer in this context, you'd need to take her head model, resize the dancer body to match her proportions and then colour the skin of the body. I think Lysithea uses the white and red dress, so you'd have to change the texture too.
