Description
This is for a tutorial in the latest issue of Computer Arts. The font was provided by them and I really quite like it. I was asked to use the text 'Fresh science word' as well, and I still have no idea what it's supposed to mean.PS you can get the font here if you like it like me: [link]

hm, though it has nothing to say, I am really impressed by the colors. Great atmosphere, it's a pity there was no cooler word you could've used

Hi again just seen the answer above Shinybinary about Xara 3D so I'll get that, can't believe its so cheap really and looks good, I'll maybe have a go at the trial first and see if its as good as the demo vid before I buy.
Cheers
Phil

I love this so much, just amazing. Could you tell me to create the 3d text I don't have Cinema 4D but was thinking of getting Xara 3d, would that be up for creating text anything like you did in Cinema 4D.
Love the oil that you got into the text, it works a treat. Nice One.

When I saw this in Computer Arts my jaw dropped to the ground. This is an amazing piece of art. I don't think a lot of people fully understand the talent it takes to make something stand out like this. Very forward thinking! Those 3D programs are always intimidating but if something can look this good then its worth diving into. What would you recommend for a 3D program working with mainly Typography? Great work here all of us at Creative Volition are very impressed!

Thanks, Xara 3D is a very simple 3D package just made for typography which I use a bit, otherwise any of the main 3D packages can be used for type, or even Illustrator.

The w looks like a M, would look more like a W if you flipped it. I know you probely already know this but felt like telling anyway

The effect of concrete on the typeface works so well!
I don't suppose you know what issue of the magazine this will be in?
