For me, Cacnea is a better Victreebel. Mostly because of the (you guessed it) the anime, go figure. I've got most of my attachment to this Pokemon from there, after all. Can say the same for Cacturne, reminds me of that rival May had.
This line has pretty good regular shinies, but if I'm being honest it's hard to mess up the "Autumn grass type" shiny.
