Yes! It's been a while since I've been this happy with a painting. I think I found my groove again.
I tried to make original poses for some painted beagles to get a sense of their anatomy. Used a lot more references then usual and focused on try lighting and I'm really happy with them! I don't think the second dog is as good as the first, but it is a harder angle and I think with some more practice I'll improve.
