Aye. This was from the Claire's Sanctuary DLC where it's set in an alternate universe and the mission to rescue the dinosaurs from Isla Nublar and move them to the secluded Sanctuary island is a success.

The sanctuary was Lockwood's idea and he had hired Claire to make it happen, but it got hijacked by Eli Mills who saw it as a way of continuing the illegal weaponizing of dinosaurs
