Description
So recently I was thinking of ways to improve my characters.And the first character that came to mind was Scotty.
I thought "Meh, he's Ok but he could have a little more to him."
So I sketched out some thoughts and here they are:
-Should I add freckles to him?
-Should I make his legs black like most Foxes do?
-Should I make his color a tad bit darker to fit both the Ninetales/ Fox color scheme?
-Should I change his accent and were he lives?
-Improve Bio
So if you have any recommendations or comments on what i should do, please say it below!

The black paws would look good, and the color scheme doesn't need to change. However, I do imagine him speaking with a English or Scottish (pun slightly intended) accent, though having him talk like he's from Boston could work too.

Depending, was he just American before? I think it's good to have a variety of where the characters are from. Then fit the accent

I know British is your favorite, that's why I recommended the other ones. It's a good thing to step out of your favorites/comfort zone and try new things, so if your OCs are commonly British, then trying something new would be great and surprise the fans. Get what I'm sayin'? ^w^

Freckles- No. It doesn't really make sense for a fox or ninetales...
Black legs- yes, but you could also do fading to brown/maroon (which would translate to an awkward tan as a human XD)
Coloring- yes, make it more fox/ninetales ish.
Changing accent- Since his mouth shape changes with forms, his voice after form-changes should have a serious lisp.
