Wow, has been really a while since i submited somehting Im sorry for that, but, i had a lot of work + my pc functioned bad for a lot of weeks, until the hard drive broken XD But, im back, later probbaly ill upload more dex entries =3

The idea was make a octillery evolution based on Paul the Octopus XD

The guess pokemon
type: water/ psychic
Hight: 1,1 m
Weight: 45, 3 kg
Evolution: Evolves from Octillery if its trainer makes a bet about some sport based in the choice of the octillery, and won.
This pokemon has the ability to sense the future events. Is uknown how does it, but, normally, when have this premonitions, extends its tentacles to make a circle with the membrane beetwen them. For the design that covers the membrane, some theories about its ability incloudes the thinking that wath Espaullery do is make a magic circle.
