Flawless! All the lines are in their proper place
The shading and eyes both has a very satisfying look.
I like the whole idea of Seviper prevo, probably never been done.
I only wished you would spend more time on the artist's comments.

Dont worry, the artist comment isnnt filled because this little guy, like all the others i subbmit with the title "fan game fakes" are for fan game, and i dont have the final word for all the carachteritics of the pokemon, later, when ill have all finished, ill upload all again with their proper info.
