Follow up to this- www.deviantart.com/darkshadowp…The movie went really well. They ended up watching a terrible horror movie and were the only ones in the theatre so they got to laugh and throw popcorn at the screen whenever there was a terribleness part. They came out of the theatre, laughing to themselves as they began to make their way towards the restaurant for dinner. Dinner started out fine, they talked and laughed... until Barnabus has one glass of wine too many. He began to act rather tipsy. Thankfully he didn’t do or say anything inappropriate, he mostly just complimented Alexander the entire time.
”Y...You’re such a sweet guy... I’ve... I’ve never met anyone as caring as you....” He said drunkenly “I....I really care about you, Alex.... I...don’t want anything to go wrong.... I don’t want you to think poorly of... of me...” He continued to say things like that to Alexander until Alex carefully took his wine glass away, causing Barnabus to tear up a bit and apologize drunkenly “D...Did I drink too much...? I’m... I’m sorry... please don’t be... be mad...”

I wonder why he acted like that. I mean I know he's drunk but for such a simple gesture to cause this kind of reaction does make me wonder if something happened to him that wasn't so good.
