Tinkly Winky never talks in the PC game. In the game they’re essentially zombies being controlled by Noo Noo so I have no idea where you got that dialogue. Yeti doesn’t talk. According to the wiki, Yeti simply is able to mimic voices which is what lures Guardian to come closer to him.

It’s not an opinion. It is literally stated in the wiki that Yeti mimics voices and Tinky Winky NEVER talks in campaign mode for the PC.
It says right here that Yeti uses a FAKE voice to lure Guardian-
