I agree with that ( seems possible though at first I thought phone guy was golden freddy) I agree though because in the first game, he was supposedly stuffed into a suit. Now he's back and alive.. phone guy just got creepy at that point. Maybe he's also the one who kidnapped the kids and stuffed them in the suits..
