*didn't play the game because he discovered FE wtih Awakening (granted I discovered the pokemon games with Diamond in 2010, Mario with NSMB DS, Sonic with Rush Adventure, Metroid with Prime 3 after Other M was out and LoZ with Phantom Hourglass, the only series that I played all games in chronological order is Prof Layton. Oh, also, every single game I played, I played it after 2010 because that's when I got my first video game console. That or Cristmas 2009.)* Oh. Yeah I guess that's a good reason.

oh haha, I did too! started with awakening a year after it came out and went back to some of the earlier ones, no need to play chronologically since there's only a few that are direct sequels (fe9 & 10, etc.) these ones are definitely a pain to track down, though - you're better off emulating them or homebrewing a wii than trying to find a copy haha

By chronologicaly I meant from the first to be released to the last. But yeah, people discovering FE with awakening shouldn't be a surprise though now that i think about it since it was somewhat the resurection of the franchise.
Also, are you getting FE:Warriors? I sure am. When my mom buys me and my sis a Switch, granted, but still, I'm getting it.
