how is he and idiot, Lucina would be extremely trustworthy in this scenario, because if anything happens to the baby than Lucina probably wouldn't exist and she wouldn't be able to go back in time to do whatever she did with the baby, that would be the grandfather paradox

It's not a paradox, they're from another world as well as another time. They are not technically the same adult versions of their child counterparts.
