I'm doing a series of illustrations revolving around love since springtime is here and it's for lovers.Related content

You have a unique style and you work very detailed. It is obvious that you spent a lot of time for this artwork! Most of the propotions are fitting and the theme is well chosen. Also the colouring and the shading/ lighting is really good.
I think this picture would benefit from better technique maybe from better equipment too. at the hairpart of her I really do like the thin pencilsrokes beyond. But it does not fit that well with the rest of the drawing. Looks a bit like it's not finished yet.
Keep on going, a bit mor practice and it will be great!

It was my first time really trying to use markers and I made a ton of mistakes along the way obviously but I think for a first time I did ok. I appreciate the honesty!

No it's not you...that slight rolling back of the eyes was intentional. Think about her powers. Any little touch must be great for her.

I think the coloring and shading is good, about her face I would probably make the features softer since she looks a bit old there

I'm glad you caught that. The femal character can't touch people for very long without sapping their entire lifeforce. So she relishes any touch she gets.
