This is stunning. It gave me so many different ideas when I first saw it. I can see the aging process in it, as per the title, and many other ideas as well. We used this piece as a prompt to writing exercise and it was a very enjoyable experience.

I think I like it just the way this is. Of course, I don't know how it will look stained (I did a bit of comment-creeping), but I love the unfinished look. It's symbolic of how we're never really done growing or aging. Life is always a work in progress
I also love how the smallest (youngest, I'm assuming?) figures are somewhat less formed than the others, and the first is just a blank canvas, 'a form in wax' as Shakespeare would put it. But as the sculptures grow larger, they become more defined; just like how we find and come into who we are! Not sure if you intended for that much symbolism in one comment, but there you have it.

People are insane. There's not one single comment on this... wow.
Anyway.
I really adore this concept. Seriously, very imaginative. I mean, it's been done before, but I've never seen this idea in this medium.
Just curious, is this the finished product?
