i realize this was posted a while ago, (not that long though) but i seen the other persons critique and was inspired to do one of my own!
only thing i have to say that is negative is that the bunny ear looks kinda (KINDA) flat against the rest of the drawing.
now on to the good stuff.
So first off, the shoulder is fine, tsubomiidosan. It is just obviously just shrugged (is that the right word?) to make her look more like a character with personality rather than a stoic bust that anyone can do. it gives her a sense of movement as well, and it is very nice.
then the eye. It is absolutely fantastic. like, i don't even see how that happens, but its pretty (i can never pull that coloring style off no matter HOW hard i try)
then the boob shading i also disagree with. it could have been easily shaded, but it doesnt require the shading because you get the sense of the curve because of the way you made the jacket (or shirt?) lay over it.
then the hair, OH MY JEBUS the hair. its GAWGEOUS.

if you want, you can. I'm sure it would be helpful to others, but i have settled into a style that fits me. (but while i was searching i tried that style)

The right shoulders is a bit too hight or we don't see enough the move of the arm and the left boobs is too flat, but hard to make shade on black one :/
There are nice shading but what i prefer a lot this is the eyes and the haircut, very cute !

for the shoulders that was the idea, so when you'll see the drawing give kind of a "perspective effect" and yeah the bandage make them look flat but nice advice and i'll keep it in mind
