Well, I thought it would be a good idea to start off the new year, with a drawing of the character that practically defined the last year of anime... I started watching this way way back when only the first couple of episodes were out and immediately got hooked after the whole Sasha-Potato incident. It was really fun to draw, but it took a while to get used to the really thick lines on his hair, jacket and neck/chin... I thought about just ignoring the thick lines and substituting in normal thickness ones, but I tried it and it didn't look right, so I changed back to the thick lines and I'm really please with it!
