Okay i finished this christmas eve and i'm just getting around to posting it because i was fixing a few things on photoshop but it's another scratch board drawing and this time it's of a humming birdRelated content

It's a beautiful piece, definitely. Great work with capturing a character in such a difficult medium (at times, since it's entirely subtractive and unforgiving).
I would suggest, though, applying different angles to better emulate the effect of feathers. I hate to use my own pieces as a reference, but [link] shows best what I mean. basically just directional crosshatching.
Just a suggestion is all, it looks great otherwise ;3

no i don't mind the suggesting at all that's why i put my artwork up here and i know i was kinda rushing a bit and it was the first time I've ever drawn a bird before, but thank you so much for the suggestion ^^
