Description
This is my ver. of the character "Chuck" from "Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt". I got the idea from the music video in their recent ep. [link] . In the background of the pic Iʻm gonna put the words PSG, and D-City Rock [Anarchy]. The music is catchy, plus the many ref. to other musical artist such as Lady Gaga, Gorillaz, Elvis, Beetles, and more. soon to color but just this for now.Names and Characters are © to their respective owners.
