So Twilight Princess was a really awesome game, but I wasn't at all satisfied with the ending. Midna leaving apparently forever after saying simply "Link....I.....see you later" is just LAME.LAME I TELL YOU!!!!
So I had to remedy the situation with fanart of course. ^_^
I don't know how many of my watchers are Zelda fans, but I hope you enjoy this anyway.

A shame I didn't find this earlier. I absolutely agree that this is what Link should have done. After all, they've been though so much together, it's only natural that they belong together.

Oh please! Just because the two kiss, doesn't mean the start of a romance between them. It's simply what should've been a better way for those two to part ways. I mean think about it, Midna has been showing clear signs of taking a liking to Link. Even Link held her in his arms at one point.
Even assuming that Zelda has feelings for Link, I don't see her holding any kind of grudge over this, especially knowing that it is simply a spur of the moment gesture. Shoot, any guy in their right mind would kiss her, knowing that this is his last chance to do so.

Oh my god this is a great piece... It makes me happy inside. When I got to the end and I saw her about to leave I wanted to go scream at Link to stop her from breaking the mirror and kiss her, tell her he loved her, or something.
But alas, Legend of Zelda NEVER has a romantic ending.

Wind Waker was kinda happy cause he set sail with the pirates and Tetra.
And then Twilight Princess.. First Midna leaves, and then Link leaves Llia alone in the town.

But if any pairing would happen, I'd like it to be Link x Midna. When she broke the mirror I actually thought Link could run after her (he had some time, I think ...) But he didn't. It's just too sad.

I mean NO offense to your art, it's very beautiful, but . . . you know when you try to love something, but you can't, and then you find something beautiful about something horrible . . . That's how I feel about this picture. I love the colors and everything, but . . . I just HATE MidLink. And I don't know why. Maybe, maybe it's because, before Twilight Princess was released, I set my heart on ZeLink. I can't help but despise Midna. Yet . . . I hated her at the beginning of the game, but then, after the first three temples, I liked her. But only in Imp-form. And then, when she became human . . . I hated her again. I don't know why. Seriously.

I may not be able to understand your hatred of Midna. I also know you mean no offense to the artist but if someone believes something do you think yourself high enough to stomp down on them? One's thought is their thought and although I believe that accounts for all, including your hatred of Midna I also believe you have no right to say such things aloud in such a harsh way. If you really wanted no offense to the artist you should have used more kindly words than hatred. I may sound annoying or like a pest to you but I do not wish for you to be angered at me. I only hope for less tension between two peoples disagreements.
