I thought the snake was "Snakey" from one of the comics where Simba loses his courage. Nala befriends Snakey a non poisonous snake and has him pretend to be a dangerous snake so Simba could come and "scare" the snake away, gaining back his courage.

Thank you very much! and well..the grass, only you must combine the dark and light tones and of course,depens if you draw is with warm colors or cold colors ^^

Oh wow and yes of course, I'm new to digital art and will be getting my first ever Art/Pen Tablet for Christmas and was just curious. Thank you for your help, did you do all the strands by hand or use a tool?

Oh great, sure you will enjoy your new tablet ^^. i prefer make strands by hand, sometimes i make just a bit and copy-paste the strands, but of course, you can download some grass brushes, on DA and other sites you can find great brushes ^^
