Frizard’s back for another lesson in cute, because sometimes, the strong thing to do is to just be yourself, even if it’s C U T E. Sparky of course couldn’t be more thrilled to help Frizard out in terms of becoming more approachable, partially because he used to be a bit intimidated by the guy.
“All RIGHT! Lesson 2 in being cute: when you feel like breaking out into a cute little jig, follow that instinct and dance, dance, DANCE!” the cute little (big as he was right now) dragon said to Frizard. “If there’s ever a song that plays on the radio or in your head that gets you going, then don’t deny the will to dance! True bravery means not only lifting heavy objects, but also doing stuff that defines who you are, no matter WHO is looking at you!”
“Easy for YOU to say, Squirt!” Frizard huffed. “Flame Boy’s the DJ, and I BET yeh he’ll play something like the Chicken Dance to humiliate me!”
“No, no!” Sparky shook his head. “I promise it’s NOT the Chicken Dance or anything of the sort to humiliate you with! Just something to get you groovin!’”
“Sure…” Frizard sighed. “Also, another question. Why is Goggles here too as a TURKEY???”
“Hey!” Aero interjected. “I heard some fans of mine wanted to see me break loose with some dance moves as a bird to prove that even turkeys can be cool! I’m not just the Flying Ace! I’m the Disco Master as well! HaHA! Bugawk! Uh… forget I said that. POINT IS… I’m here to help you come forward with being cool AND cute too, Frizard!”
“Yeah…” Frizard trailed off before pulling Sparky off to the side.
“Yeh brought him here teh look silly, didn’t yeh, Squirt?” he asked in a whisper, a bit of a smug smile formed on his beak.
“Oh, totally…” Sparky whispered back, smug grin on his face as well. “Think of him as the decoy for the spotlight. Everyone’ll be focused on him while you can dance away!...”
“Heh… And I thought GOGGLES could be cunnin’... I’ll have teh watch out for yeh in the future, Sparky…” Frizard winked.
“Okay… Well, come on now, Frizard! Time to bust a move!” Sparky winked back.
Nodding, Frizard went over to Aero, ready to dance alongside him (or at least do his own thing while Aero would end up the class clown of this episode, however unwittingly.
“Okay, everyone!” Zookie gave a thumbs-up from the DJ stand. He was in rat form wearing the appropriate DJ sunglasses. “Ready to do this thing?”
“Let’s GO!” Aero cheered. “Bugawk! Bugawk!”
Snorting a bit, Zookie hit “play” on the soundtrack, starting the rockin’ beats. Aero had wasted no time in starting to dance like crazy. He was flapping his wings, spinning on his feet, and frilling his tail feathers without a care in the world, causing everyone, including Frizard, to start smiling. Trying to hold back a chuckle, the sky blue penguin saw that if everyone’s attention was going to be on Aero that he could do some wild moves himself without a worry in the world! He broke out into breakdancing, which he honestly thought would be more difficult to do now that he was a penguin. Surprisingly, he had the MOVES! He was spinning like a nonstop top, pulling off some mean flips, twirls, and poses! It was honestly cute! Both of these dragon birds were cute in their own way.
As Aero continued dancing about, he began hearing audible giggles from Zookie, Cinder, and Sparky.
Pausing for a moment out of suspicion, he gave the three a glare.
“What’s so FUNNY?...” he asked.
“Oh, nothing… Nothing…” Cinder grinned. “Oh, I digress. I can’t keep this secret held for any longer. Mind telling him, Un Bach?”
“Oh, OKAY…” Sparky rolled his eyes playfully before turning to Aero. “This camera’s not being used to record your ‘awesomeness.’ It’s being used to show to all of Barrel Hill what a silly dancer you are. Consider this payback for what you tried doing to Tiggy when we were playing Football that one time,” he gave a glare that was honestly stolen from Aero himself, who was now gaping in shock.
“N-No… NOOOO! TELL ME YOU’RE LYING!!!” the turkey squawked.
“Oh, I wish I was…” Sparky shook his head. “I wish I was… But this isn’t like that time where Volt pretended to record you. No… No, this is REAL…”
“Sorry, buddy,” Zookie shrugged. “I’d back you up here, but you’ve been out of control with your pranks throughout the years. This is everything coming back to bite you at once. And before you blame ME, this was Volt’s idea!”
“GRRR! I’m gonna make MINCEMEAT of that kid!” Aero growled, though it came off pretty warbled and cute because of his current feathery condition.
“Says the main course of Thanksgiving,” Cinder threw some PRETTY dark shade his way, making him give her a look that screamed that her joke was overkill.
“Okay, I’ll admit, Squirt,” Frizard smiled. “I could get used to these lessons if THIS is what happens every time…” This earned a playful, coy, and smug shrug from the BeeMouseDragon. Never knew he could be so devious as well! Wonder where he’d learn it from of all places… Hmm… :3 Hehehehe…
