Yay, I finally get to do another one. It's been a while, but I really like this one. It's one of my best ones yet. This is Illuminati. I might make a profile or something later if I feel like it. But he's a one of my bad characters, wants to take over the world'n stuff. Illuminati's a marmoset. Go ahead and look that up if you don't know what it is.Related content

So does that mean you take an already existing image and alter it? Or do you simply use the program to create your own base and design and everything?
I think it would be really cool if someone created a Sonic comic that looked anywhere as good as this. I swear to you good sir, I truly did not know that this was simply fanart, I thought you were revealing a new Sonic character to us lol

This is a fully original piece I drew and colored. I sketched the outline for this one on paper, then I scanned it in and made the outline with photoshop's pen tool, and colored it in the same program after! These kinds of illustrations take a while but a comic with it would be awesome, I agree!

My friend, I highly encourage you to continue making these masterpieces! Truth be told, I too love Sonic the hedgehog to the point where I've decided that I would make a comic to tribute our lovable speedy friend
in fact, I'm almost done with my own characters/Team's designs, so yay!
Mine may not be nearly as good as yours, but I think I'd be able to pull off the whole comic thing.

it isn't obvious from looking at him you know...in future you should do what other people do with Sonic fan characters give their name and say what species they are like: something the Marmoset. just like how Sonic is Sonic the Hedgehog or Knuckles the Echidna etc...

Well, it's not so much the coloring that matches the style, (but be accurate) more than the outline itself, where it gets big and small, and the whole style of the drawing. Just observe the work and try to make the most accurate drawing you can from what you can see from it. I've studied the style a lot. It's usually best to start with Sonic because that's the easiest to compare. So...there's some basic stuff.
