Oh YEEEAAAHH, WIIIIIISPS! I had a lot of fun drawing all of these guys, I always thought they made a great addition to Sonic's formula.I recently played through Sonic Colors again, which I haven't done since it first came out. I understand the aesthetic of the platforming in the level design is pretty boring using all the blocks to design their levels. But there's a ton of variety in each of the smaller levels and I thought the balance between them and the full scaled levels was good. I hope Sonic Forces can keep that balance. We'll see!
There's my opinion on Sonic stuff lol Hope you guys like the drawing!

I was always pissed that they never had a Wisp variant of Super Sonic

I was actually glad that they showed restraint at the end. It was a nice contained battle between Sonic and Eggman and it didn't need to be anything more! I lost my mind when I earned Super Sonic, I wasn't expecting it at all. Seriously one of my favorite recent Sonic Games. That being said, a Wisp variant of Super Sonic would be really cool. It would be fun to explore how he'd look! Cool idea!

In Sonic and the Black Knight, Sonic turned into Excalibur Sonic when Caliburn turned into Excalibur. Β MOST EPIC SUPER SONIC TRANSFORMATION EVER!!!!! Β Also, in Sonic and the Secret Rings, he used the World Rings to become Darkspine Sonic

Yeah, too true, but the point is, Sonic doesn't always use the Chaos Emeralds to turn into one of his Super Sonic forms. Β In fact, in Sonic and Knuckles, he actually had access to both Super Sonic AND Β the Master Emerald Super Sonic - the power of which he mysteriously was able to absorb without becoming Scourge. Β The Master Emerald variant has a name, but I can never remember it and Google isn't bringing up any relevant hits
