Here is the first request chosen for and from this month's request journal. If you couldn't tell straight away, this was asked by who wanted me to do another drawing of a RWBY AU, in visually done in a continuing way as the other requests they had asked for from this AU version of RWBY. The reason I picked this, was because I had way more time to work on this visually and play around with what it could look like. Plus, they had been asking this for a quite a while and I decided to give them a chance and get this one done up and drawn up. So, these are the main reasons why I wanted to do this. However, I also wanted to do this because I immediately got an idea or two of what this could look like visually. They wanted me to show Blake's face and body and her barely clinging to life. So, I knew I had to keep that in mind when drawing this. Originally, this was going to be a close up as of Blake's eye with Ruby being down within her eye. However, I find that easier to do digitally and because they wanted me to keep this consistent with the other drawing requests of this AU, in other words, drawn traditionally and coloured through the use of watercolour pencils and markers...I knew it wouldn't work. So, I instead changed it to this one....after I remembered a scene from the anime Magical Girl Rising Project. There was a moment with two characters named Snow White and Hardgore Alice and I knew that either of those poses in Hardgore Alice's death scene would work really well with this, and still connect back to the main thing of this request....clearly show Blake and show her dying. I didn't add in a background, because I wanted Blake and Ruby to be the main and key focal and visual points of this drawing. However, I still did my best to keep this to the same level of quality as the other RWBY AU requests that JustAGamingFan asked for. I did my best to make sure the poses worked for each character, whilst also trying to make them not look like Snow White and Hardgore Alice in terms of proportions, because they are child characters with different proportions compared to the proportions of most characters that I draw. Plus, my did my best to make the characters look like they do in the drawings I was provided, whilst also being done up in my art style. Also, Blake had a long ponytail in her design for this AU...but I took out the ponytail, because I thought it worked for this drawing, plus...I thought it visually worked with the rest of this drawing. This was slightly tricky at certain parts of this request, but I had a lot of fun making this and I am really happy with how this turned out. So here it is.

So here is Blake, mortally and badly wounded and hurt from an intense fight. Ruby finds her...but Blake is barely clinging on. Through her blurry vision, she tried to look at Ruby, who is holding her up a bit and holding her hand too. It looks like Blake's life has been cut short.
