Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate the honesty. 

I love jui jitsu and I have nothing but respect for female practitioners. I'm a huge fan of Leticia Ribeiro and Michelle Nicolini. The way she submitted Kyra Gracie at Abu Dhabi last year was brilliant. Anyways here's quick painting of Hélio Gracie.
