"Hi, I'm MizzD. Wanna play?"
If I found out that doll existed on Earth, I would move to the other side of the planet.

Dark, somber coloring, the sad, broken look of the doll, as if carelessly cast aside. The mismatched clothing, the cobwebs suggesting a horrible isolation, and the melancholy, almost dead look in the eyes....
Truly a sorrowful masterpiece.

O _ o Incredible work, I was seriously thinking this may have been from a movie. Sorry, but would you be offended if I said this reminds me of Harley Quinn a little?

You should be working for Pixar, and I say that because you bring real feeling to your work. Here's a marionette, lifeless, but imbued with life, with a sadness and pathos. A wooden thing which you make us to feel sorry for, a person, abandoned and forgotten having given her best years...
This is a special quality you bring to your art. Yo got game.

While I could have been able to tell she was a forgotten puppet just by the cobweb and spider, the poster in the background gives it a nice touch. However, depending on how long she's been forgotten of course, I'd think there would be more than one spiderweb, and maybe the poster could be a little more worn as well. Otherwise, I like this peice very much!

I like your critique of "Forgotten" by Shorra. I try to actually convey information when I criticize someone's work, just as you do.
So many comments are, "Cool!" or, "Pretty" or some other lightweight calorie-limited pap, I'd think it would be disheartening for someone to put his work of love out there only to get a wordy Hallmark Card response.

Thank you! I do try.
Unfortunately, most people only care about quantity and not quality. I do find it annoying when people either favorite and not leave a comment, or just type one-word praises without giving me critqe.

OK,even though I have NEVER enjoyed puppets,this is epic.Instant fave,somewhat creepy,this deserves a DD
I also agree with when that deviant said, quote,"This is very detailed and well done. I like the creepiness, especially how you didn't make the doll look wooden but rather more human, to me, that really puts your point across into the whole theme of the puppet. Maybe like how humans are more like the puppets of life, how we put ourselves out there in the world, and we succumb to the daily pressures of self expression and individualism, and we sometimes lose that eventually.
I like to look at art in a meaningful way, even though it might not have been what you've been going for, I'm just like that. It's more fun,"unquote.
