Cosplay: Pennywise the Dancing Clown (IT 2017)

Summary: I will most likely be wearing this for Awesomecon 2018 on Friday! And I'm SUPER excited with how this turned out!!!
Costume breakdown
*Shoes: These are actually my Steampunk Harley Quinn boots when I go to the convention I'll be wearing my Harley Quinn Suicide Squad movie version boots, because they match his shoes better
*Dress: This dress was white and longer when I first bought it on Amazon (less than $30.00 I believe) and my mom added the pom poms (which she made) and the red and black lace as well as the ruffles on the sleeves and bottom of the dress
*Tights: I had already
*Balloons: Bought them from Party City the day of
*Wig: I bought on Amazon and my friend, Amanda styled it
*Make up Design: I found it on Pinterest and the girl didn't have a name to go with the picture but that was my inspiration for the look
