I dampened the page with some water a bit generously, then I dabbled some colors on it while blending it slightly but not too much!!
Let it dry, add some more spots of color, blend, and then add stars and the like <3

I like the watercolor background it's such a nice touch! Did you draw the flowers and sparkles with a white marker or paint around it?

I actually use a Sakura Gelly Roll white pen!! It's got a thick ink so it goes over watercolor really well <3 I've used it for two years and its one of my favorite tools!
(Not so fond of using white paint so I resort to the gel pens haha..) I'm glad you like it! ;w;

I really like this, she's very cute and you did a beautiful job of making her defy gravity. The flowers in the stary sky is a really nice touch.
