I told you guys I was going watercolor crazy!! xD I still have... *counts*.. 4 more to submit, but I dunno if I can get them all in today, since I'm about to get kicked off the computer ><;;; Anyways..I'd like this one if it was more cleaner ><; it got a little messy, and the little glass window effect I was going for didn't really work out the way I wanted ><; See? Shes like, touching the window.. but it kinda looks like she's just crazy ><;
Ahh, oh well. I kinda like her clothes tho.. I must get a sweater and scarf like that.. xD
Medium: Watercolors, white paint, and copics for skin colors.

o.o;; I dont know! xD I kinda just made random diagonal lines lightly with blue/green paint, and also with watered white acrylic. And also the hand pressureness against the glass-- just make the parts that touch the glass lighter than the rest of the hand xD

Yes, her outfit is really cute. ^^ I like her sweater, and I like how you did the little white specks on her skirt.
Her hair looks so pretty! I'm always impressed how you can illustrate such tightly detailed hairstyles in watercolor. @_@ Also, I love the color scheme of the whole pic. ^^
Her hands look great! @_@ I could there was glass in front of her, though at first I thought it was wind or something. While it looks like there's glass, it doesn't look like she's pressing her hand against it a whole lot. I think that wouldn't be the case had there been a background, as it would've shown her distance from the bg and made her closeness to the glass more apparent. Maybe.
All in all, though, it looks really good! Another

I just used white paint and did diagonal lines, then took some blue/greenish paint and did more diagonal lines xD

I think if you didn't make those lines across her head a person who didn't read the author's comments would have thought it was glass probably, but with the line it reminds me of wind...and sandstorms.

I see a window. The gray lines make it look like the wind, yes, but the fact that you put those highlight-pressure-points on her hands to imply they were pressed against something reveals there to be a window! *aha!*
She does look rather confused at being locked out, though.
