Overall

Originality

Technique

Impact

Okay, so for Vision I gave you 3.5 stars because I really like how you've taken boring old leafless trees and turned them into a very artistic photograph. I can tell you had great vision for this picture when you took it!

For Originality I also gave you 3.5 stars, mainly because I hadn't seen a shot like this before. Tree shots are very typical and tend to not stand out, but this one did. I think it's because of the way the trees are lined- slowly increasing in height. So great job on taking this picture from the angle you did! That really made your picture stand out.

Technique got 2.5 stars mainly because of the lighting. One thing that could definitely improve this photo is changing the coloration; you could mess around with that and try many different editing techniques, such as giving it a vintage effect or even trying this one in black and white. The trees seem so dark but then the rest of the sky and ground seems way too light.

Lastly, Impact. I only gave 2 stars here because this picture does not leave a lasting impression. Now I don't want to discourage you here! The alignment of the trees is so unique and has the potential to make a really impacting photograph. However, the technique just wasn't good enough here to make this one stand out. So definitely work on your editing techniques because you've got a great starting photograph, and you will really have a picture that isn't easily forgotten! Best of luck to you! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/t/t… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Thumbs Up"/>
