It's not even that pretty in my opinion, but I'm still not very good in pixel stuff, so I have to train x3

the size for avatars has to be exactly 50 x 50 px and the image size must be 15 kb or smaller

Uuuuh.. I think you could do it with Photoshop or Gimp as a alternative, but I don't know how exactly that works.. Also I think there might be some website ..
