A random pic I did today! Fear the sugary sweet lolitas! I can already imagine the colours! Many, many colours...I want others to use this pic and colour it as they want... just give me credit for lineart and send me a link, 'kay? I know my lineart isn't the best, but you can change it if you want. I know she's missing an arm... she'll live...

I used COPIC multiliners 0.1 and 0.3. It is on ordinary copy paper. ^w^

A petticoat or pannier goes under skirt for the "poof" or shape. The can be made quite cheaply too, I've made three already XD
