I am working on a realistic model and I came across this hair on the sims I converted it and it is already very lovely! but the texture of this hair will not fit the realistic model I have edited I was wondering if someone could retexture this for me to make it look more synthetic or real?

If you could thank you! I really did try to learn to retexture it but I cannot seem to figure it out right now
