Okay, so I have a confession to make.... I'm passionately avoiding working on my finals and other projects.... by working on this. I just wanted to see if I could even do this style, really. Coulda used some greenery, though. ^_^;

Oh, well. I might as well tell the little story that goes along with it:

These spring fairies' jobs are to loosen the pollen and dew that make it possible for bees to pollinate and for the soil to absorb the water. Using spiders, one attaches the silk to the axis of the flower and jerks the web loose, causing the grains and droplets to bounce loose; the gesture is similar to casting a fishing line and pulling it back. The pollen worker is experienced, as you can see, but the dew worker.... he hasn't quite acquired the right touch yet. Maybe someone should tell him he doesn't need to yank so hard....
