I was chillin' in ~Twilight-Midna 's page and felt all nostalgic; I used to make a lot of drawings for fanfics for Zelda that I never wrote. But then I felt like making another drawing for a non-existent Zelda fanfic, so here it is X3

Okay, so this time, I actually tried to make his face look more like the actual Twilight Princess artwork. Well, I attempted, at least! ^_^ And I just made up some kinda tunic for him to wear based on his dark form (wolf) markings, because I was mostly concentrating on the cloak in all of its coolness. The cloak is modeled to reflect similarity to Midna's cloak, not a Jedi! X3

Edit: I'm entering this in =Feri-san 's contest, so here's the explanation of the game. =3

I chose to go back to the idea of Twilight Princess because I had caught wind of the idea of the next Zelda game being a sequal. While I'm perfectly fine with the closure of the first game, a sequal is nice too. (And besides, most of the Zelda games, at least from N64 on, have had sequals! XD) So! Without further adeu! Or however you spell that!

LEGEND OF ZELDA: SPIRIT EFFIGY

Zant was left in spirit form, banished from the Twilight realm. Now in his state of extreme resentment for his defeat, he spends his days traveling in secrecy to the castle of Hyrule by possessing various citizens until he makes it into the palace undetacted by the sages. The Twilight Mirror may have been noted as the only way into the Twilight realm, but it was for this reason that the Twilight Cloak was kept secret from anyone, even the hero, himself. For whoever dons the cloak will immediately be transported into the Twilight Realm. This relic has been kept in the royal treasury, alongside the royal regalia, which meant only the royal family has access to it. Finally, the last body is possessed: Princess Zelda. Zant has finally made it back to the Twilight realm. His mission: to acquire one thing: the Spirit Effigy, a small figure said to restore a lost soul back to life if the soul were to attain it. When restored to his body, he can finally take back the throne that should have rightfully been his, and kill Princess Midna, who has now been trapped by Zant's own magic through the possessed Princess Zelda.

Using the discarded Twilight Cloak after a desperate struggle, Princess Zelda travels back to Hyrule to request the help of the only one who can vanquish such evil: Link.

Thrown into a new and adventurous mission, Link accepts the cloak; upon donning it, his transformation into the new hero, accepted by both Light and Shadow alike, occurs. As long as Link keeps the Twilight Cloak on, he will remain in the Twilight Realm to defeat Zant and save Princess Midna the other side of his own kingdom.

So, there's the basic starting storyline. Dude needs to chill out and stay dead! Tard Zant. With his "aaaaaah" little goofy voice!
