Descriptive Challenge for DSC

He was a tall, maybe six and a half feet, skinny man with short curly, dark brown hair. His skin was caramel colored and he had neon blue eyes that seemed to glow in the dark. Under his wide nose sat a thick handlebar mustache that connected to bushy mutton-chops on his jaws. His hands each had white circular tatoos on both the palms and back of them.

He wore a white bowler hat on his head and carried a gnarly white staff with intricate carvings along it’s upper half. He wore no coat, but his long sleeved dress shirt was highlighted by a thin black tie and a scarf that laid down over his shoulders. It was a black scarf that had what appeared to be shimmering stars woven into it. His white pants were pinstriped and he wore white tennis shoes on his feet. There was also an exquisite golden pocket watch dangling from his right front pocket.
