That is so awesome. I love the way that this is put together. It looks very realistic, but yet... not realistic. That's good thought, it's an excellent picture.

very cool, I really like the skin treatment.
one thing to think about is shadows cast by the machinery and on top of it, like from the flap of cloth over her stomach.

It's great work... but the tongue is a little too far, I think. I mean, it's cooler than hell looking, but for whatever reason the tongue just looks not-quite-real, not to mention out of place. Still, it's better stuff than I could ever do, so... yay!

I love the whole effect that she has. by the way whats that thing comming out of her ear is that a microphone? the neck thing is cool it looks rippley. That cracked reptilian looking skin was badass too! Thats an awesome outfit she's wearing.
