Full name Amy Reynolds, commissioned byPlanned to be the first of several concept sheets to bring the character to life, these are a couple of possible casual outfits.
A short description from the commissioner:
"Amy is a 25 year old teacher's assistant at a university. She's a blonde with cobalt-blue eyes and a warm smile... if she likes you. Confident and smart, she knows her stuff until someone she likes comes into the picture... When that happens, all bets are off!"

I like how you did the pose on the left. Having her weight slightly shifted on one leg with a slight tilt, rather then having her standing straight up.
