...and gasp! She's not wearing the usual Pokemon wetsuit as the standard fare for ^_^
That particular character has the power to stop time if I got that right, and has a thing for blades, thus the "floating" knives you see there. I'm guessing scuba and time stop would do very weird things with air bubbles. o_O
