Damn, I just love her expression! And note this video, here a magician girl flies the similar way. Maybe Siesta also twirled to fill her skirt with air and reach the apples?

Zero no Tsukaima = Familiar of Zero, or Zero's Familiar. The main heroine, Louise, is nicknamed Louise the Zero at her magic academy as she has no talent for standard magic. When she summons her familiar, she ends up with a human boy from our world.
