Yeah of course - Photoshop is a big programm with many functions - I guess it would need a big deal of time to really learn it ... And when you have finally achieved that pinneacle of what you can do with your PS-Version, they already made the next three versions to make things even more complicated

I seriously thought that this was a 3D model from the thumbnail on the main page. I clicked it because I wanted to see how skilled the modeler was, and then I saw "cosplay" in the title and just... holy cow.
