A god lives in Kyouichirou's sword and he has a contract with it, and to complete the pact, he has to offer his blood in return for the protection. And his blood forms into red vines like these.

I also have a question. Do you know if this BL game has an English patch yet? I have seen some of the scenes from it but unfortunately, I have not been able to learn Japanese and I can't understand a word of it though it looks very interesting and good :3

And there isn't an english patch for this game since it only came out dec 2012, but
there's a user on tumblr who is translating the game by herself and she released a
Pdf of the common route a few months ago, so if you're interested you can find it on the tag.
One of the main problems with translation Mebiusline, is the way words are put. they're difficult
kanji and it's really very poetic and beautiful and incredibly hard to put that into English.
So if an english patch were to be started, it might take some time to complete ;;w;;

Well, I stumbled upon it as I was looking up some naughty scenes from other BL games and I had to look up more about the game as a whole :3 The artwork in the game is beautiful and this piece really captures it so well
I will have to look at this. Though, right now, my computer is being a special little thing and hates tumblr so I need to wait for my new one to get in before I look at tumblr but I will definitely be looking it up
It is sad that there isn't an English patch but hopefully someday and when/if that day comes, I will be waiting cause I really want to watch and play this BL game and actually understand it :3 The few clips that had some English translation did portray the poetic wording you described and I just wanted and still do want more. :3 But I can dream that one day a brave and committed soul will take on the task :3
