Priority will be given to those who do not already own one of my designs, but you're still welcome to apply if you already have one.
Art must be 100% your work--no linearts or whatever.
Try to stay as close to the original design as you can.
You may apply for as many as you like, but you will only win one.
I appreciate creativity just as much as ability. Even if your artistic ability isn't as amazing as whatever, if you can convey a creative character through your art then you are more likely to win than someone who draws a gorgeous but uninventive character.
If you win a design, you may not resell for points or cash.
